**Compliance Associate Job Description**:
As a Compliance Associate you would be responsible for the following:

- Resolve client-reported compliance cases for different business verticals (primarily Financial Services) and ensure that the case resolution timing meets client and QuinStreet expectations.
- Work directly with multiple internal teams (Media, Marketing, and Engineering) and external partners to resolve compliance cases.
- Utilize internal technology and industry-standard tools to perform content audits, review results to remove false positives, provide correct data and summarize audit findings.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English to effectively communicate compliance issues with other parties and resolve errors in a timely manner.
- Attention to detail and working knowledge of client and QuinStreet guidelines applicable to large volume content website audits.
- Prior (2+ years or more) experience in a Customer Service, Client Account Management or Data Analytics role with good customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Able to prioritize and balance multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel (knowledge in Pivot Tables and V-lookups a plus), PowerPoint, Tableau, Salesforce & JIRA.
