**Financial Recordkeeping**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Record and categorize financial transactions accurately.
- Track and reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and other financial documents.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Generate various financial reports to provide insights into the organization's financial performance.
- Analyze financial data and present findings to management for decision-making.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budgetary performance and report any variances.
- Provide recommendations for improving financial performance.

**Payroll Processing**:

- Process payroll transactions and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Verify compliance with payroll-related regulations and reporting requirements.

**Communication**:

- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide financial guidance.
- Communicate financial information to stakeholders, both internally and externally.

**ECOMMERCE OPERATION REPORT**
- Return management and calculation of damaged boxes by generating reports
- Provide report to Senior Ecommerce manager of overall inward and outward supply
- Provide report of payment credit from ecommerce mediators and total accounts report to Senior ecommerce manager.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
