**Designation**: Accountants Executive(Female)

**Salary**:Within 30,000/- INR

**Experience**:6-7 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation statements, ensuring compliance with time and accuracy norms.
- Conducting internal audits; preparing audit reports with a view to highlight the shortcomings and providing necessary recommendations.
- Interacting with banks for timely deposits of payments and handling other routine banking operations.
- Preparing outstanding statements, Credit Index Reports and Defaulters List.
- Coordinating with statutory and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Independently Handle Banking Operation, Cash Distribution, TDS, Reconciliation of GST, Online Statutory Payment (P.F, E.S.I, T.D.S, G.S.T, Customs Duty Etc), Professional Tax matters, preparing BRS, MIS Report, Bill Processing of Debtors and Creditors, Tax Invoice Etc.
- Formulating budgets and conducting analysis to determine difference between projected and actual results and implementing corrective actions.
- Preparing MIS reports with a view to provide feedback to the management on financial performance i. e. fund management, credit control, profitability, etc.

**Timing**: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM; Monday to Saturday
