As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated **Junior Executive**s (Female only) to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation in any discipline without active backlog(s).
- Fluency in **Bengali, Hindi and English**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
- Resolve client queries and concerns regarding our product, offering accurate and helpful information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless client experience.
- Provide feedback to the management team on common client issues and potential improvements to the product or process.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed, supporting the overall efficiency of the team.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with client concerns, ensuring each issue is resolved effectively.
- Basic knowledge of our product and willingness to learn more about menstrual health management.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using office software and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
