**Responsibilities**:
**Business Generation (50%)**:

- Working as a individual contributor to achieve and meet sales target as per self network creation.
- Should be able to onboard customers with strong financial health and creditworthiness
- Generate new business opportunities in Dakshin Gujarat Market, using a consultative approach to meet sales targets.
- Should be able to keep performance at a satisfactory level and should be self motivated.

**Credit Control (20%)**
- To support Sales Head for collection follow ups as per defined timeline
- To ensure proactive follow up with customers for credit limits update regularly before reorder

**Customer Support and Team Coordination (20%)**
- Focus on **self-created clients retention** and increase in business
- Manage prompt issue resolution having coordination with dispatch and production team
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and provide sales updates.

**Strategic Focus (10%)**
- Ideate market penetration strategies and competitor analysis
- Maintain accurate sales MIS and reports, focusing on sales performance, client credit control, and market conditions.

**Experience**: Above 5 years of field experience in Building Construction (RMC, Construction, Cement, Construction Chemicals, & Dry Mix Mortar (RMP, BJM, TA).

**Qualification**: B.E. Civil / BBA / MBA / M. Tech or experience in related field

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proven sales, business development, and team leadership experience, preferably in Mumbai.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the construction sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in sales reporting tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
