**Bridging Technologies is hiring for Business Support/Business Validation Officer**:
**Experience**:1+yr(International BPO)

**Location**: Mohali

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome calls and follow ups with new enrolled businesses.
- Connect with businesses on Zoom to train them on about Denefits process & system utilization.
- Follow up with pending approval cases and help businesses with documentation part.
- Call & follow up with inactive & low potential cases to revive them. Ability to retain and motivate businesses to start using Denefits.
- Book introductory and refresher training with new & old businesses.
