Experience:1+yr(International BPO)

Location: Mohali

**Job Description**:
ability to speak persuasively and listen critically as the position involves exposure to financial

years. We need a result oriented person who can look forward to a rewarding job and fair

earnings.

**Responsibilities**:
 Welcome calls and follow ups with new enrolled businesses.

 Connect with businesses on Zoom to train them on about Denefits process &
system utilization.

 Follow up with pending approval cases and help businesses with

documentation part.

 Call & follow up with inactive & low potential cases to revive them. Ability to

retain and motivate businesses to start using Denefits.

 Book introductory and refresher training with new & old businesses.

Shift Timing: US Shifts
