**Digital Marketing Strategist Position Overview**:

Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Development: Formulate and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business goals. Identify target audience segments and outline marketing approaches to reach them effectively.

3. Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators and develop a content marketing strategy that aligns with the overall digital marketing plan. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and tailored to engage the target audience.

4. Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant ad networks. Monitor budget allocation and performance to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

5. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze digital marketing data to track campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to make data-backed decisions and refine marketing strategies.

6. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify areas for improvement in user experience and website performance. Implement CRO strategies to optimize conversion rates and achieve marketing objectives.

7. Brand Awareness and Reputation: Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation online through various digital channels. Monitor online mentions and manage online reviews to maintain a positive brand image.

8. Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with the audience to build brand loyalty and community engagement.

9. Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively across different campaigns and channels to achieve the best possible ROI.

10. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential growth areas.

11. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, developers, and sales teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or a similar role in the digital marketing domain.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
