**Role: Digital Marketing Strategist**

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Analyst, who can join our team and will be responsible for Digital Marketing, Communication, Branding and Social Media efforts. We are looking for an all-rounder with strong expertise in many of these areas and the ability to become expert in the areas that are new to him/her. Marketing is a new function at Bridgesoft and there are no established systems or processes. If this opportunity to create a new division at a growing company sounds exciting, this could be the role for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and execute an online brand strategy targets Bridgesoft customers
- Manage Bridgesoft presence including website, LinkedIn, indeed, Facebook and other platforms
- Develop, implement, and measure unique and eye-catching social media campaigns
- Responsible for Inbound marketing and Outbound marketing
- Writing, editing and publishing engaging content
- Creating appealing images and videos to complement text
- Promote our employer brand with existing employees and clients
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social media Branding
- Advanced knowledge of best practices, standards and insights of all relevant platforms and their functions including, but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Glassdoor, and Indeed
- Proven work experience as a social media copy writer
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
