**Make outbound calls**: Contact potential customers to promote products or services
- **Manage incoming calls**: Resolve customer issues and concerns
- **Build relationships**: Build rapport with customers and foster relationships with existing clients
- **Gather information**: Collect information from customers about their needs and preferences
- **Document conversations**: Take notes and create reports based on conversations with customers
- **Follow up**: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
- **Meet targets**: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets
- **Comply with regulations**: Follow company guidelines, privacy laws, and other legal and regulatory requirements

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
