Answer inbound calls from customers and provide them with the information they need
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and collect customer feedback
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Update customer account information in the company’s database
- Transfer callers to the appropriate department or take messages when necessary
- Identify sales opportunities and pitch products and services to customers
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong customer service focus
- The ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Patience and the ability to stay calm under pressure

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
