**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven **Telecaller** to contribute to generating sales or leads for our company. You will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services, answer questions, and persuade them to take the next step.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients
- Inform customers about the company’s products/services
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Follow up on leads and ensure conversion
- Handle customer queries professionally

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or any graduate degree
- Proven experience as telecaller or similar customer service role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages]
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
