**Job Title**: Client Relationship Executive - Wedding Management

**Location**: Chandigarh (Tricity Region)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the wedding planning team.
- Manage RSVPs, including tracking guest responses, managing updates, and ensuring attendance accuracy.
- Suggest and coordinate with vendors, providing clients with tailored options for decor, catering, entertainment, and more.
- Keep a detailed log of deliverables, timelines, and milestones, ensuring all commitments are met on schedule.
- Monitor and address client concerns, ensuring their vision and expectations are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
- Conduct regular status updates with clients to review wedding progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless wedding preparations and execution.
- Assist with on-ground management during the wedding, ensuring everything runs smoothly and as planned.
- Provide creative solutions and contingency plans for any challenges that may arise during the wedding preparations.

**Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma in **Event Management**, **Hospitality**, or a related field.
- At least **1 year of experience** in client servicing, event planning, or wedding management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in **spoken and written English** to manage NRI and professional clients effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software (preferred).
- Flexible to work on weekends and travel to wedding venues as required.
- Based in or willing to work in **Chandigarh (Tricity Region)**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of wedding trends, customs, and traditions.
- Experience in vendor coordination.
- Problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
