Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Client Relations Associate/Representative to join our team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Frisco, TX. This role requires an individual who can excel in customer relationship management and customer service while also contributing to our club membership growth.

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Work Hours: Full-time, U.S. time zone (7 a.m. CST to 5 p.m. CST), including weekends

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with existing club members (maintenance contract clients).
- Regularly contact club members to assess their HVAC unit's condition and ensure their files are up-to-date.
- Receive incoming calls from clients and provide top-notch customer service.
- Make outbound calls to non-club members to promote our maintenance contracts and convert them into club members.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our club membership offerings and be able to explain them to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the customer service team during peak call hours to assist with inbound inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system (Service Titan).
- Strive to achieve and exceed club membership conversion targets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a call center, customer relationship, customer service, or sales role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Service Titan (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent in English.
- Ability to work in the U.S. time zone and be available during weekends.
- Understanding of HVAC terminology and systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Sales and business development experience is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
