**Position**: Back Office Operations Executive
**Location**: Kolkata
**Work Mode**: Work from office
**Relocation**: Must be willing to relocate to Kolkata if not already based there.
**Type**: Full-time

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle back-office operations related to travel bookings, billing, and chauffeur services.
- Process and verify travel and billing transactions accurately.
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional efforts and client acquisition.
- Assist in maintaining records and databases to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in travel booking, billing, or chauffeur services is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with a keen analytical mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in handling customer queries and providing effective resolutions.
- Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
