**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage group tours from planning to execution
- Accompany and guide travelers during tours across India (occasionally overnight and outstation trips)
- Ensure smooth logistics, safety, and a positive experience for all clients
- Handle all travel-related bookings, vendor communications, and operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Create tour reports, gather feedback, and support social media updates with photos/videos from tours
- Support in marketing activities and back-end operations when not traveling

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi; Bengali is a plus)
- Friendly, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with flexible travel schedules (including weekends/holidays if required)
- Open to exploring new destinations and interacting with diverse groups
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, events, or customer service preferred but not mandatory
