**About the team**

Worldpay by FIS is building a community of engineers to develop and then commodities a catalogue of enterprise wide consumable products that can easily and repeatable be scaled and deployed across our global Merchant Cloud & Automation Services (MCAS) architecture. The products you develop will help drive our organization towards our strategic principle ‘Cloud First’ and our successes will be measured through the continued adoption of our MCAS products and services. Operating within a collaborative SAFe environment, we aim to deliver effective solutions focused on business value.

Team is working on APIs related to the merchant solutions, primarily team owns APIs related to Merchant boarding, Servicing, Reporting & VAS etc.

**What you will be doing**

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- **SCRUM, Agile, SAFe experience, conflict management and negotiation skills.**
- **People management skills as a scrum master of the team Drive scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.**
- **Hands on Rally tool is added advantage.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a scrum master of the team need to perform conflict management and negotiations, daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives. Understand the domain/feature and make sure the delivery is on time with best quality, make sure main agile scrum artifacts are product backlog, sprint backlog, and increments are maintained regularly.
- Work closely with RTE/BA/PO/DEV Managers/Dev Team/QA to ensure all teams understand the business and technical requirements
- Assist the BA/PO in prioritizing the product backlog and active development based on business needs and requirements
- Drive in daily development team standups and answer questions brought up by the team
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, development team, and the QA testers.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements by delivering the required product drop on time.

**Education**:
**Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Computers/IT Engineering**
