**Key Responsibilities**
- Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:
- Setting up Compliance Structure and processes for Corporate Agent
- Own the IRDAI reporting process and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Coordinate with legal teams to interpret and implement IRDAI regulations across the organization.
- Develop and maintain insurance-related MIS reports for regulatory submissions.
- Claims & Policy Management:
- Oversee claim settlement, claim investigations, and claim payment processing.
- Track and expedite closure of customer insurance claims to ensure timely settlements.
- Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on insurance policies and related matters.
- Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high service quality in claims processing and policy administration.
- Facilitate communication between insurance partners, internal teams, and senior management.
- Process & Operations Improvement:
- Analyze and optimize insurance operations, workflows, and SOPs.
- Implement best practices to enhance productivity and compliance standards.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying growth opportunities in insurance services.
**Core Skills & Experience**
- A self driven and result oriented professional with 7-10 years of experience in IRDAI compliances out of which at
- least 5 years of experience as Principal Officer preferably entity working in digital space
