Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) operations as a highly experienced and SEBI-compliant Principal Officer for our client. Your role will involve ensuring regulatory compliance with SEBI and other governing bodies, leading fund structuring, operations, and governance mechanisms, collaborating with investment teams to identify and execute investment opportunities, and overseeing end-to-end fund management processes. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, family offices, and other stakeholders. - Prepare and review financial models, pitch books, investor decks, and reports. - Provide strategic inputs to the Board/Investment Committee. - Lead a team of analysts, associates, and fund administrators for smooth operations. - Manage fund audits, NAV calculations, investor communications, and reporting. - Act as the Principal Officer for the AIF as per SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, Ensure timely filings with SEBI including Form A, PPM updates, financial statements, etc. Qualifications Required: - MBA/PGDM in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, or equivalent qualification. - Additional certifications in securities/investment management would be considered an added advantage. - Possessing ISM and Series XlX-C (AIF Manager) certifications will be beneficial for this position.,
