**Patient Reception & Registration**:

- Greet patients/visitors and handle inquiries.
- Oversee OPD/IPD registration, admission, and discharge process.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Supervise receptionists/front office executives.
- Assign duties and manage shift schedules.
- Train staff in communication, etiquette, and patient handling.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Act as a link between patients, doctors, and departments.
- Handle patient complaints or escalate to management.
- Ensure timely information flow to all concerned departments.
- **Administration & Records**:

- Maintain accurate patient records and billing information.
- Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
- **Customer Service & Quality**:

- Ensure high-quality patient service and satisfaction.
- Monitor waiting time and resolve patient queries.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance.

**Hospital In-Charge (Female) - Roles & Responsibilities**
- (Overall administration & supervision of hospital operations in her assigned area/shift)_
- **Operational Supervision**:

- Oversee daily hospital activities (wards, OPD, emergency, labs, pharmacy).
- Monitor staff performance, duty rosters, and discipline.
- Ensure hospital policies and SOPs are followed.
- **Patient Care & Satisfaction**:

- Ensure patient needs are met promptly.
- Handle escalated complaints/issues from patients or attendants.
- Supervise discharge and admission processes for efficiency.
- **Staff Management**:

- Supervise nursing, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Guide and motivate staff for better performance.
- Conduct briefing/debriefing at shift changes.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing heads, and management.
- Report operational issues to senior management.
- Communicate policies, updates, and changes to staff.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols are maintained.
- Monitor medical equipment functionality and raise maintenance requests.
- Check attendance, punctuality, and dress code compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
