**Position (Designation) Assistant Controller**

Shift Timings: 1.30PM to 10.30PM - WFO

**Responsibilities **. Assistant Controller to own the process completely
- Assistant Controller to be the single point of contact
- Involve in account from transition phase

1. Get to understand Client’s business
- On existing process
- Reporting requirements

2. Critical thinking and to question on standard process so as to implementing best practices in the industry

3. To act as the primary liaison for delivery with transition
& implementation

4. To identify areas for process improvements and to implement best practices that is being followed

5. Problem solving abilities

6. Should identify gaps in the process and implement requisite control mechanism

7. Identify knowledge gaps and work on training needs of his team

8. Explore automation opportunities
- Must have strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must be result-oriented, have a passion for change implementation
- Project management
- Be self-motivated and proactive requiring mínimal supervision, have strong leadership capabilities
- Must have exceptionally good communication skills both in written and verbal form
- Detailed review of financials and present to client
- Should also be in a position to release payments to vendors

**Skills & Qualification** **Skill Sets**:

- Working experience in ERPs
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Expert knowledge of GAAP
- Strong Analytical abilities
- Excellent Communication skills (written & Verbal)
- Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite

**Experience**:

- 8 to 12 years of experiences in F&A

**Educational Background**
- Any BCom/MCom/CA/CWA/ICWA
