Handling Import shipments, via Sea or Air or Courier mode.

Based on Purchase request forward enquires to service providers for best door to door freight cost.

Coordinating with Oversea Sea Vendors for pick
- up of the goods from supplier premises.

Follow-up for Import documents with Purchase dept and vendors.

Imports documentation procedures at Indian ports for customs clearance.

Co-ordination with freight forwarders, shipping line, CHA transporters & customs authorities for clearance

Checking of Bill of Entry draft & finalizing.

obtain on-line NOC certificates on SIMs, Fissa, PIMS certificate ,AQ,PQ for customs clearance.

Obtain Charter Engineer Certificates for capital goods clearance.

arranging IGST payment required for import customs clearance.

Sharing Import Report to HODs every Tuesday and Friday

Maintaining File records of Import shipments

Processing of Import bills to accounts

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
