**Job Description**:
1. Creating and executing strategic plans as determined by market trends and historical data.

2. Communicate and maintain relationships with customers.

3. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

4. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

6. Collecting payment, preferably in advance,and keeping outstanding with in 30days.

7. Controlling the outstanding below the limits set.

8. Maintain effective communication with other departments, project teams, and senior management.

9. Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant equipment, ensuring that all machinery is in optimal working condition.

10. Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop preventive maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.

11. Looking the Operation related issues at RMC Plant

12. Involve in the Planning & execution activities at RMC Plant.

13. Arranging inventory & RAW Material at RMC Plant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
