**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive **Telecaller** to join our team in Badlapur. The role involves reaching out to potential clients across multiple industries, generating leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for our group companies

**Key Responsibilities:1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation**
- Make outbound calls to prospects in target sectors like construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, oil & gas, power, and defense.
- Generate qualified leads for:

- **heavy fabrication services**:

- **film galvanizing solutions**:

- **industrial torque tools**:

- Maintain a daily log of calls and follow-up activities.

**2. Customer Engagement & Follow-Ups**
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Regularly follow up to move leads through the sales funnel.

**3. Database Management & Reporting**
- Accurately maintain and update customer databases.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on call metrics, responses, and lead conversions.

**4. Coordination with Sales Team**
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the field sales team.
- Assist in executing online and offline marketing initiatives.

**5. Handling Customer Queries**
- Address routine customer inquiries about products and services.
- Escalate technical or complex queries to the appropriate sales personnel.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in telecalling or telesales; industrial/B2B experience preferred.
- **Education**: Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduates are preferred.
- **Languages**: Fluency in **Hindi, English, and Marathi** is essential.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Persuasive with good objection-handling skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-driven with strong follow-up discipline.

**Work Schedule & Benefits**:
