Telecaller

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation
- Call potential customers from target industries (construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, oil & gas, power, defense, etc.).
- Generate leads for JGI’s fabrication services, Zinga’s galvanizing solutions, and Torcup’s bolting tools.
- Maintain a daily call log and follow up on inquiries.

2. Customer Engagement & Follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and suggest the right solutions.
- Follow up on previous calls to nurture potential leads into sales.

3. Database Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details.
- Prepare reports on calls made, responses received, and leads converted.

4. Coordination with Sales Team
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with potential clients.
- Provide support in coordinating online and offline marketing campaigns.

5. Handling Customer Queries
- Address basic customer queries regarding products and services.
- Escalate complex technical inquiries to the respective sales engineers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 1+ year in telecalling, preferably in industrial/B2B sales.
- Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); graduates preferred.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Ability to persuade and handle customer objections.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Self-motivated with good follow-up discipline.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

- Timings: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
