Key Responsibilities:
1. Workflow Management:
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Coordinate with team members as needed
2. Planning and Organization:
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and task lists
- Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up materials
3. Follow-ups and Reminders:
- Send reminders and notifications for upcoming events and deadlines
- Ensure timely responses and actions
4. Communication and Correspondence:
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
5. Administrative Support:
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain files, records, and databases
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Freshers can apply
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or similar tools
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proactive and solution-focused approach
Nice to Have:
- Experience with workflow management tools and software
- Knowledge of calendar management and scheduling techniques
- Familiarity with task management and productivity apps
