We are hiring a dedicated and energetic **Telugu-speaking Tele caller** to join our team at **HITEC City, Hyderabad**. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound customer inquiries, and promoting our services. If you are confident, a good communicator, and passionate about customer interaction, we’d love to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Work closely with the sales/support teams to ensure seamless customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in **Telugu** (speaking).
- Basic knowledge of **English** is preferred.
- Good communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Timings**: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- **Working Days**:

- **Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days**:

- **One weekly off on any weekday (Monday to Friday)**
