Looking for Store Officer For Top Notch Client / Location Mumbai ( Kandivali )

Greetings

We are hiring for Store Officer for our top-notch client.

Locations: Kandivali, Mumbai.

Position Title : Store Officer

Experience : 6 to 9 years

Job Description:
Functional Core:All the Warehouse activities i.e., creating warehouse location, improvements, controlling activities in system as well as physical.Maintaining FIFO & Control on self-life parts.Helping in preparing audits data i.e., ISOInventory
- Monthly stock taking.Controlling and rotation of R & D Stock Internal processMonitor and control the material receipt and issues.Rejection material sent back to vendor.Ensure Kaizen activity and 5S at workplace.Proper storage & Preservation of the material.Material issue to production based on dispatch Plan. Job DescriptionDaily Updating High Priority list in Portal.Monitoring FIFO in Stores for warranty items.Monthly Stores Performance board updating.Monthly R & D Stock reconciliation.Tracking Material sent to Supplier, Customer.Preparing Material return to Store Slip before associates leaving from organisation.Monthly making ageing report.Monthly making Consumable report.Monthly making reports of ISO according to assessment Parameters.Scrap Disposal.Co-ordinating with transporter/Courier regarding dispatches of rework/rejection parts.Weekly once CFT Meeting need to be conducted.Daily checking the issues in inward of received parts & co-ordinating with Purchase accordingly.Perpetual Stock take to be conduct on regular basis.Shortages Follow-up with Purchase teams.Urgent Material Clearing from IQA teams.Monitoring Service GRN.Co-ordinating with SSC team regarding invoice booking issues. People developmentTraining provided to subordinates for SAP and MS Office.Training towards awareness of 5 S and Safety.Training Provided to Subordinates for maintaining FIFO.Training Provided for handling materials. D. Key Result AreasMonthly GRN report and Vendor report preparation.Knowledge of SAP: Knowledge of MM module in SAP & other store related activities.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
