**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive product support for SaaS-based products.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product to troubleshoot effectively and guide clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations for new clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Create helpful documents and engaging video tutorials to assist customers in using the product efficiently.

**Key Requirements**:

- Must have experience in SaaS-based products.
- Prior experience with **POS or ERP** systems is a big plus.
- Proficiency in **Hindi is mandatory** for effective communication with clients.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to explain product features clearly.
- Creative mindset to produce documentation and video content.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer handling skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in product support or similar roles.
