**Skill Summary**:
1. Refrigeration and HVAC product knowledge is a must.

2. Understanding of Refrigeration/HVAC product lines and services.

3. Basic electrical and electronic knowledge to understand the user interface (HMI) of the PLC.

4. Basic skills in research and data collection processes.

5. Knowledge of data analysis and statistics for correlation, outlier analysis, and interpretation of statistical results.

6. Attention to detail, accuracy in reports, and fast typing speed.

7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (VLOOKUP, pivot table, PPT).

9. Organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively within varying work hours.

10. Adherence to a rotational schedule for working in both US and Indian timings.

11. Maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders located in different regions.

As a Refrigeration and HVAC Data Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for the remote monitoring of refrigeration data in commercial buildings. Your primary duties will include:
1. Remote monitoring of refrigeration data in commercial buildings.

2. Listing down alarms and variations observed during the monitoring process.

3. Analyzing issues in the refrigeration process cycle and suggesting solutions to key project stakeholders.

4. Generating tickets for variations in the refrigeration product performance cycle.

6. Providing backend support to onsite personnel during installation processes.

7. Participation in meetings, conference calls, and collaboration sessions across different time zones.

8. Documenting historical data observed during the refrigeration performance cycle.

**Location**: - Permanent full-time role based at Chennai office Monday - Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
