- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Identifying customers needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Providing customers with comprehensive service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
- Encourage customers to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings.
- Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Monitoring the performance of the team and motivate them to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company services and build brand awareness.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge of MS Office.
- **Qualification**:_
- Degree/MBA
- Male only.
- **Experience**:_
- Customer Support/Marketing : Minimum 2 Years of experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
