**Your Role**:

- Should be responsible for drawings, design details, specifications, and overall sample development.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
- Creating production sketches for development packages to final tech pack creation.
- Develop new design concepts/collections based on consumer needs and tastes.
- Managing the design process from conception through to final styling.
- Reviewing products for style and fit, iterating and delivering the right fit.
- Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to lines, and create new concepts.
- Selecting fabrics and trims in collaboration with the sourcing team.
- Being prompt and actively communicating with the pattern master and the tailors and embroiderers sampling team to develop samples as per brief/sketch.

**Must-Have**:

- Degree in design or fine arts, or college degree in fashion design or related field.
- 1.5+ years of design experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and fit.
- Ability to communicate clearly using fabric/measurements/garment construction terminology and written and verbal skills.
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize work on a continual basis, and work with limited supervision
- Knowledge of different types of fabrics, surface techniques, and basic construction know-how.

**Software Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop
- Hand / digital sketching and illustration ability to communicate design concepts
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and design skills.

**Job Location: Sector-7, Noida, Uttar Pradesh**

Working Days: 5-6 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Job Style: On-Site
