Job Description: Associate Graphic DesignerLocation: Noida/ Hybrid Experience: 3–5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating visually engaging videos & graphics for digital and print platforms, a strong understanding of brand consistency, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.Key Responsibilities:Design and produce high-quality visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other tools like Figma & CanvaCreate engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, product videos, and social media (After Effects or Premiere Pro).Collaborate with product teams and marketing to conceptualise and execute creative solutions.Edit and enhance video content focusing on storytelling, pacing, and visual impact.Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.What we’re looking for:3–5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer (agency or in-house experience preferred).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, or XD) and familiarity with Figma and CanvaUnderstanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.Sharp attention to detail; able to prioritise multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesClear communicator and collaborative team playerPerksA real opportunity to make a direct impact on growthOpen, collaborative, growth-oriented culture
