**We are hiring for Resolution role at Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC)**

Location: Mumbai

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Follow up legal case filed in different counts for recovery of dues.
- Issuing notices to borrowers for recovery of dues, taking possession of securities, undertaking public auction for sale of securities.
- Finalizing one time settlement with the borrowers.
- Compliance of RBI directives in respect of recovery of loan.

**Qualification**:
**Experience**:
Min 2-3 years in a Bank or NBFC or other Financial Institutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
