**Your key responsibilities**
- Post Closing reviews to ensure DB and Regulatory requirements have been meet including loan documents, data attributes and loan set up.
- Processing, tracking and reporting on the status of Borrower Covenants, including calculating debt to income ratios and loan to value.
- Monitoring of collateral requirements including securities-based lending.
- Reviewing loan attributes within loan systems for accuracy.
- Assist with gathering loan documents for lending audits and reviews.

**Your skills and experience**
- 3-5 years of lending or finance industry experience.
- Ability to work effectively without supervision and with team members in other locations.
- Strong aptitude to learn new concepts.
- Strong communication, presentation and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint.
- Skilled in working on multiple projects simultaneously, good decision-making skills and independent problem solving.

**Education**:

- Undergraduate Degree. Preferable areas of study may include Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
