- Developing and monitoring the organization's technology architecture and playing a leading role in the vision and development of the company's future technology.
- Ensuring infrastructure installations and upgrades are made in accordance with established policies, procedures and software licensing agreements.
- Identifying, implementing and monitoring best practices for technology architecture, while providing expert advice on core infrastructure initiatives.
- Interpreting software requirements; designing software architecture and performance modeling.

This role is for Observability Engineer who would closely work with team in configuration and rollout of Monitoring Tools functionality, enhancing the existing environment, troubleshooting, implementing changes, trend analysis and providing best practices as needed
- Understanding of Cloud Application Performance Monitoring & Observability.
- Experience with Implementing Splunk Observability Suite or SignalFx
- OpenTelemetry implementation or consulting experience.
- Experience onboarding new data sources and adhering best practice (formatting, standardization, etc.).
- Experience in metric-based onboarding along with Splunk Observability, like Telemetry data
- Knowledge of AWS platform mainly CloudWatch, Xray, S3, and CloudTrail are few...
- Hands on Experience in supporting Splunk Operator on Container platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Ability to write regex to perform field extractions at search time.
- Experience writing Splunk Enterprise / Splunk Cloud queries to create complex Splunk dashboard to detect and illustrate capacity trends, constraints, and risks
- Partnering with other cross-functional teams with issue identification and drive them to resolution utilizing Splunk/monitoring platforms
- Work closely with UNIX, Linux, and Windows server administration teams to diagnose and resolve configuration issues
- Hands-on support of Windows, Linux and/or AIX in large, enterprise environment
- Training/User Support for Splunk platform and other monitoring components
- Splunk training and/or certifications would be a major plus
- Superior communication and presentation skills
