**Your responsibilities would include**
- Identify and diagnose technical problems reported by clients and provide solutions to resolve them.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or management if necessary.
- Create and maintain records of client interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
- Monitor client systems and networks to ensure they are functioning properly and prevent issues before they occur.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on client systems to ensure they are up-to-date and secure.
- Provide reports on client satisfaction, system performance, and other relevant metrics to management.
- Work with other IT staff to improve client support processes, procedures, and tools.
- Responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions for hardware and software problems.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of IT hardware and software products, including new features and advancements.
- Developing training materials and providing training to clients on the use of IT hardware and software products.
- Proactively reaching out to clients to ensure their hardware and software systems are up to date and functioning correctly.
**You'd fit in if you**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Should have a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, including knowledge of programming languages, databases, networking, and operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for client servicing roles
- Analytical skills to understand client needs, identify technical issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Relevant work experience in IT client servicing, customer service, or technical support roles is highly desirable.
