**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Manage and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Plan & execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- Monitor performance through analytics tools, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and content team for creatives and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and competitor activities.
- Handle online reputation management & timely response to customer queries/messages.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Social Media Executive/Manager.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms & paid ads.
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps).
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track & improve performance.
