**Job Responsibilities -**
- Define, develop, and execute a social media & influencer marketing strategy for the brand
- Organize various social media initiatives to drive engagement and grow followers across social platforms
- Perform research on social media trends and audience preferences, and implement the same in campaigns
- Execute ORM (Online Reputation Management)
- review, moderate, and engage with all user-generated content (comments, DMs, etc
- Writing and creating content for social posts and collaborating with a graphic designer for daily engaging activities
- Moderate live sessions with experts/influencers and assist in driving community engagements
- Maintain reports on key metrics and share insights with the internal team
- Creating, shooting and posting on all platforms for brand visibility

**Qualifications/Skills Required-**
- Social media management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communicator, creative thinker, and team player with a results-driven approach
- Operational knowledge and understanding of social media analytics
- Comfortable with tools and gadgets for creating engaging content
- Comfortable with social media platforms, and can pick up new tools quickly

Gemeria is Luxury Hair Extensions e-commerce Brand in India. We provide hair extensions using only Indian Temple hair, which is of high quality in the market. We are already exporting human hair extensions for past 10 years under our Parent company Tyagi Exports. We just don't sell by labeling the hair, we make the hair extensions from collected hair of South Indian temples.
