**You will join our High-Rise Buildings** **Department**

As our new **BIM Designers - High Rise Structure**, you will be part of our global High-Rise department, Ramboll’s dedicated team of high-rise experts which have designed over 150 tall building projects globally, including some of the most technically challenging. You would be responsible to coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for **3D BIM / REVIT** Modeling in the High-Rise department located at Chennai /Mumbai to support the Middle East office. Ramboll also has offices in Copenhagen, UK and Singapore.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

- responsible for concept structural modelling to detailed structural modelling using BIM / Autodesk Revit
- Working closely with Project Managers and team members to instigate, implement and monitor workplans.
- Carry out BIM integration of all BIM sub-models from all disciplines.
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements.
- Determine BIM use for design simulations, analysis, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and designers for Design execution as follows:

- Model review
- Formulate BIM strategy

- A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalence
- Min. **3+** year of work experience in 3D BIM and REVIT. Dynamo knowledge will be an added advantage
- Experience in implementing the BIM Adoption of different BIM authoring tools and collaboration technology.
- Good knowledge of local/ International building standards
- Proficient with MS Office (Work, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).
- Good leadership, independent, result-oriented, team player and communication skills.
