Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant’s responsivities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great me management skills and be able to act without guidance.
- Calendar Management & Time Management: Manage and prioritize executive schedules, arrange meetings, and ensure time efficiency.
- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute client meetings, business events, and conferences, ensuring all logístical elements are addressed.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports. Assist in the preparation of client proposals, financial reports, and other documentation as needed.
- Client Interaction & Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and facilitating smooth communication between clients and the company.
- Communication & Coordination: Facilitate internal and external communication, ensuring timely responses and clear messaging. Maintain effective communication across departments.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and maintaining organized records.
- Central Point of Contact: Act as the central hub for communications and inquiries within the team, addressing concerns or directing them to appropriate personnel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
