**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle **customer queries and orders** received via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update **sales, purchase, and vendor sheets** regularly.
- Assist in basic **electrical tasks** (e.g., wire joining, small fixes).
- Bring a **creative mindset** to contribute fresh ideas for cake design and presentation.
- Visit event sites for **cake installation**, ensuring proper setup and handling.
- Take full responsibility for all **cake-related items and materials** at the venue; ensure safe return of all materials back to the bakery after the event.
- Drive (car & scooty) for delivery, site visits, and other work-related travel.
**Requirements**:
- **Must have prior experience or background in the bakery/pastry industry.**:
- Graduate/Diploma holder (any field, preference for commerce/management background).
- Strong communication skills (phone & WhatsApp handling).
- Knowledge of **basic MS Excel/Google Sheets** for maintaining records.
- Basic understanding of **electrical work** (wire joining, troubleshooting small issues).
- Valid driving license (car and scooty).
- Flexibility to travel and work at event sites.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
