Executive Assistant to Founders

Qualification: BBA / MBA / Hotel Management / Mass Communication graduate
**### About the Role**
We’re looking for a smart, organized, and ambitious individual to work directly with the Founders across business operations, brand partnerships, and project coordination in the F&B and real estate sectors. The role offers hands-on exposure to how multiple businesses are built and managed from the ground up.
**### Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and meetings for all Founders.
- Assist in communication and follow-ups with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and brand partners.
- Maintain trackers and documentation for contracts, proposals, and approvals.
- Research new brands, concepts, and market opportunities.
- Support Founders during site visits, meetings, and project reviews.
- Handle basic administrative and operational follow-ups to ensure timely execution.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
