**Job Title: Social Media Executive**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance the college's online presence, engage with current students and alumni, and attract prospective students. This role requires a passion for higher education and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote the college's brand, programs, events, and achievements across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Create engaging and relevant content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) that resonates with the college's target audience, including current students, prospective students, alumni, parents, and faculty/staff.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with various departments within the college, including admissions, marketing, student affairs, and academic departments, to coordinate social media efforts and ensure alignment with overall college goals and messaging.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and reach.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in social media and higher education marketing.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, alumni, and other stakeholders to amplify the college's message and reach new audiences.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in social media strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
