**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for internal use.
- Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in managing inventory, procurement, and vendor communication.
- Ensure timely filing and organization of company documents.
- **Coordination**:
- Coordinate with front-office teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support management in the preparation of policies, SOPs, and documentation.
- **Communication**:
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams as needed.
- **Compliance & Confidentiality**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a similar back-office or administrative role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
