**Job Summary**

We are looking for a smart and responsible female Back Office Executive to join our team at Masterflexo Cables Pvt. Ltd. The role involves handling client communication, follow-ups, and supporting daily office activities. She will also accompany the MD for occasional meetings and visit clients once, if needed, for formal introductions or coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make follow-up calls to existing and potential clients.
- Maintain proper records of all client communication and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements.
- Send quotations, follow up on orders, and handle related documentation.
- Visit the client only once for introduction or specific coordination tasks.
- Accompany the MD to client meetings or site visits, when required.
- Maintain a professional and courteous communication style at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Presentable and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in back office, telecalling, or customer support will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
