Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers and provide them with complete information on Maruti Suzuki vehicles and services.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable models and variants.

Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, pricing, and finance options.

Follow up with leads generated through online platforms, referrals, and dealership promotions.

Maintain and update customer records using CRM tools.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the documentation and delivery team for a smooth customer experience.

Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product features and market trends.

Key Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Proven experience in automobile sales is an added advantage; freshers with a passion for sales may also apply.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Two-wheeler or four-wheeler license preferred.
