**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Administrator** to join our team. The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, coordinating recruitment activities, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with international recruitment standards. **Key Responsibilities**:1. **Operational Support**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations ensuring smooth workflow.
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements when necessary.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
2. **Documentation & Compliance**:
- Prepare, verify, and manage all recruitment-related documents such as contracts, visas, work permits, and agreements in accordance with overseas employment regulations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies related to overseas recruitment.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
4. **Client Liaison**:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding recruitment processes and status updates.
- Assist the business development team in client follow-ups and maintaining relationships.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and recruitment plans for clients.
5. **Financial Administration**:
- Track payments and coordinate with the finance department to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain records of expenses related to recruitment activities.
6. **Team Coordination & Reporting**:
- Collaborate with recruiters, HR, and other departments to ensure timely execution of recruitment projects.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports for management review.
- Identify areas for process improvement within administrative functions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in administrative roles, preferably in recruitment or HR sector.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes, visa regulations, or labor laws is advantageous.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
