Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
'¢ Identify and reach out to potential customers, including small businesses, artisans, and entrepreneurs.
'¢ Pitch Delberto's subscription plans and convert leads into paid subscribers.
'¢ Conduct product demos and explain the benefits of our platform.
'¢ Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high retention rates.
'¢ Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to enhance user experience.
'¢ Track sales performance, meet monthly targets, and report key metrics to management.
'¢ Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
'¢ Proven experience in subscription sales, SaaS sales, or B2B sales (preferably in eCommerce or digital platforms).
'¢ Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
'¢ Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
'¢ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
'¢ Passion for helping small businesses succeed in the online marketplace.
