**Job Title**: PGT English Teacher

**Location**: Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh
**Educational Qualification**: B.Ed. with a Master's degree in English

**Salary Range**: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Delivery**: Teach English to senior secondary students (Grades 11-12) following the prescribed curriculum.
- **Lesson Planning**: Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- **Assessment**: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- **Student Engagement**: Encourage student participation through interactive teaching methods and extracurricular activities.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest educational trends and participate in ongoing professional development.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Master's degree in English along with a B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Technological Proficiency**: Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students and colleagues.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.

**Additional Information**
- **Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- **Facilities**: Accommodation may be provided based on availability.
- **Probation Period**: As per institutional policy.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
